Strength, Conditioning + Weight Training
The benefits gained from weight lifting for women are nearly countless. Total body composition will change by building lean muscle which lowers body fat percentage. Improve bone density and fight osteoporosis, and also reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Strength Training has been proven to boost mood, help mental sharpness, and decrease anxiety. Last but not least, athletic performance is increased with weight training. The overall quality of life whether fun or functional is enhanced.
VIIT Variable Intensity Interval Training
Exercise is performed in 3 phases, high, medium, and low intensity, enhancing cardio endurance, and incorporating strength training and mobility. VIIT has been proven to decrease body fat, assist in mental well-being, relieve stress, and improve posture and balance.
Muscle Toning
The Toning Group Exercise Class compliments workouts performed throughout the week. The exercises concentrate on smaller muscles to aid in definition and strength. Lighter weights and body weight are the sources implemented in the workout to gain the best benefit and result.

Personal Training consists of weekly scheduled sessions. Specific steps are completed before training begins to ensure the best program is created to meet client goals, such as consultation, body density scan and fitness evaluation.
Women are different and unique so with individual attention, the details of body mechanics, experience, goals, fitness levels, likes and dislikes help create a plan that is designed for individual needs. Implementing a program that fits, clients are more likely to maintain the habit and see results.

Join us anytime!
The Drop-In Class option is a good way to get in a great workout if clients are unable to commit to weekly class times. Some schedules are complicated and require more flexibility, so this choice allows customers to choose a time offered during the week that accommodates their needs.
